I would absolutely recommend this, and it is certainly more advanced than an undergraduate text! Ideal for ARNP's, CRNA's, etc.

This book is probably good for some undergraduate courses, but if you are spending this much money or are in a higher up education, then you might as well get Boron's Medical Physiology. Boron has more detail, better pictures, and better writing. This book is not worth the money.
